Leadership Accelerator Coaching Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participation in the Leadership Accelerator, a 12-week coaching and development program provided by Andrew Gow.

Program Overview: The Leadership Accelerator is a 12-week developmental container that includes weekly coaching calls and structured training modules. The program is designed to support the growth and effectiveness of emerging and existing leaders.

Coaching Relationship By enrolling a team member into the Leadership Accelerator, the company ("the Owner") acknowledges that this agreement forms a coaching relationship between Andrew Gow ("the Coach") and the enrolled team member ("the Leader"). All discussions of a personal nature between the Coach and the Leader are private and confidential. Information will only be shared with the Owner if the Leader provides explicit consent.

Payment Terms The Owner agrees to the payment plan selected at the time of enrollment. For two-part payment plans, the second payment is due exactly one month from the date of the first payment. If a payment is not received within 10 business days of the due date, and no written notice has been provided, the Leader's access to the program may be revoked.

Refund & Replacement Policy: Enrollment in the Leadership Accelerator is non-refundable. If the Leader leaves the organization during the program, a refund will not be issued. If a money-back guarantee is offered at the time of purchase, it becomes void if the Leader departs the company before program completion.

By proceeding with enrollment, the Owner agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
