ELS Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Embodied Leadership School. By accessing or using our website, services, and programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any of our offerings.
1. Services Offered
We provide online leadership training, courses, coaching, and DiSC personality reports through our website. Services may include both one-off programs and ongoing subscriptions.
2. Purchases & Payments
You may purchase our services via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or direct invoicing through Xero. We process payments securely using Kajabi and third-party payment providers.
Access to services will be provided upon receipt of payment. Payment terms for invoiced services are 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans: If a client defaults on their payment plan access will be removed from the training within 7 days. Once the payment is made access will be granted again.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. A partial refund may* be granted if:
- You provide reasonable notice prior to the start of a program or workshop, and
- You can present a valid reason for cancellation (e.g. a medical certificate or other event outside your control)
*A refund will not be issued for a change of mind. If a money back guarantee has been offered for the program this clause is not applicable.
Cancellation policy for programs and workshops:
All workshops require a 20% non refundable deposit. This will not be refunded for any reason.
If the workshop is cancelled and has incurred costs (e.g. location, food or anything else) the cost will be covered by the client and is payable on a 7 day invoice. In person workshops can be transferred to online providing the cost of the in person workshop has been paid.
If you cancel/reschedule a program, a credit or transfer of enrolment to another round will be offered.

Ongoing Coaching Agreements
Your monthly coaching agreement can be terminated. See your agreement for terms.
Agreements
Your personalised coaching agreement will hold precedence over the general terms and conditions stated here.
4. Program Access & Materials
Program access may be either time-limited or lifetime, depending on the specific course or training. Please refer to individual program details at the time of purchase. Lifetime access is dependent on the program being offered. If the program has stopped running lifetime access will cease & the client will be notified by email.
You may download course materials for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
5. Conduct & Participation
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. By joining our programs, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with others
- Refrain from discriminatory or disruptive behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these expectations. Removal may occur without a refund if the behaviour violates community standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs - including videos, workbooks, frameworks, and slides - is the intellectual property of The Embodied Leadership School.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
Our programs are designed to support leadership development and personal growth. However, results may vary depending on individual effort and engagement. We make no guarantees of specific business or personal outcomes.
